These positions will require a demonstrated track record of success in coaching and developing a team, achieving results and leading change. Most openings are 2nd shift positions requiring 50-60 hours per week. Salary range is $45-52K depending on experience. Plus 5% increase for 2^nd shift and 10% bonus potential based on company and individual performance.
Qualifications

·        5+ years of experience in a supervisory role managing a team of  at least 15-20 people

·        If prior military must have reached the rank of E-5 (or O-2) or above

·        Experience in logistics, warehouse operations and distribution center preferred

·        Excellent people skills and passion for leading and mentoring in a team environment

·        Strong oral and written communication skills

·        Computer skills: Intermediate
