We are seeking a Regional Vice President to lead our Middle East and North Africa (MENA) operations based in Dubai. Working with the senior management team, this position will drive strategy and operations and provide executive level support for business capture in the region. The Regional Vice President will build strong relationships with senior officials in the Government of Iraq (GOI) and engage in strategic business development throughout MENA nations. Strategic relationships will be created in coordination with both the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). Dubai is the primary location with engagements in Iraq and other MENA nations.

Key Responsibilities
Provide program oversight and support for all business capture activities in Iraq and demonstrated marketing and business capture efforts in region.
Work closely with the COO in creating the overall program strategy and mission.
Maintain consistent communication and reports with COO and CSO on MENA activities.
Work closely with Global Mission Support Director on MENA business capture activities.
Collaborate with business unit leaders and business development team members involved with MENA capture activities.
Participate in monthly Operations Finance reviews, Business Unit Roundtable discussions, Business Development reviews, program reviews and Board of Director presentations.
Assist in active implementation of company initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory or conformance regulations and standards.
Travel frequently to Iraq and other MENA sites, as required for business development and program oversight.
Visit Balad Air Base in conjunction with other Caliburn executives.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will bring significant consulting experience, client relationships and marketing; and will provide leadership, strategic direction, and business development support to grow the business.

At minimum, the individual we seek will have:
Senior executive with operational and business experience in the Middle East, preferably with corporate or military assignment(s) in Iraq. Optimally a retired one-star or two-star retired flag officer, preferably Department of Army, Department of Air Force, Department of Navy, or former Senior Executive Service (SES) with State Department or Department of Defense experience in the Middle East. Strong diplomatic and communication skills. Arabic language skills desirable.
Three to five years of military, government or commercial experience in Iraq or Afghanistan
and business experience in Middle East.
Experience in one or several of the following industries: medical, security, base operations, facilities operations and maintenance, and/or logistics.
International/foreign military sales acquisition and procurement experience.
Active clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
Passion and a deep understanding of the mission and vision of the organization, along with the agility and flexibility required to coordinate activities with various internal and external constituents in the Middle East.
