Location: Erbil - Iraq

Seeking seasoned professional to serve in a “1099,” atmospherics subject matter expert (SME) contractor position, in Erbil, Iraq; compensation is commensurate with experience; 12-month rotation with 2x17-day (plus 3 travel days) breaks, paid only when forward.

The Reports Officer (RO) is the SME responsible for PAI research and analysis methodology as well as the preparation of deliverables to the client, for Hoplite Group’s flagship atmospherics and PAI contract in the Middle East region. The RO will  manage databases, attend working groups and, in the absence of the PM, deliver verbal briefs and coordinate with the client. The RO is also responsible for the daily management of the project fusion cell. The RO is also responsible for the planning and implantation of population surveys and focus groups.

- U.S. citizen.
- Three (3) years prior experience in Iraq, including deployments within the last 36 months, preferably in a Military Information Support Operations (MISO), atmospherics and/or Publicly Available Information (PAI) projects. Must have demonstrable experience of managing, and interacting effectively with expat/local staff, very strong analytical and writing skills, deep experience/understanding of database management and survey methodology.

Master’s Degree.
