Business Development Sales Manager - Commercial
The Business Development Sales Manager is responsible for the research, marketing and realization of revenue opportunities for Caliburn’s Medical Management Solutions (MMS) line of business with commercial organizations throughout the United States. The position will have discrete annual goals and objectives for revenue, gross margin, and sales funnel and pipeline. This position requires a self-starter capable of managing opportunities all the way through the entire sales process.

The successful candidate will need to:
Identify those high-value customers within specific industries that could potentially benefit from the MMS business line
Work to develop effective marketing techniques to highlight MMS services
Develop deep relationships with potential clients, Caliburn personnel, and consultants as a means of understanding and influencing both current and future requirements.
The candidate must project a professional image for interfacing with senior and executive-level management. Must be discreet and sensitive to protecting company proprietary and competition sensitive information in verbal or written form.

Duties and Responsibilities
Research Current Commercial Markets for top Fortune 1000 organizations with potential Exam Management needs
Expands Caliburn MMS market presence beyond its current contract vehicles and major customers with a consistent focus on identifying and winning specific new business opportunities to generate profitable revenue growth.
Represent Caliburn MMS to all potential customers in the Commercial arenas
Develops marketing strategies and oversees the use of best-practice sales methodologies and tools.
Develops long-term, sustainable relationships with all relevant industry and client stakeholders necessary to win new business.
Facilitates or leads proposal process and client presentation activities
Develops significant incremental contribution to the company’s overall revenue and margin portfolio
Establishes major revenue-generating opportunities across multiple customers, partners, and organizations in target region(s).
Provides input into the Business Development planning process for maintaining a current prioritized pipeline of opportunities
Responsible for both the strategy and execution of revenue capture and must demonstrate a strong acumen for tactical sales as well as more long-term business development.
Represents Caliburn at designated conferences, workshops, expos and symposiums
