Essential Functions
Perform communications systems operations functions in support of the LISC contract PWS paragraph 3.2 in the Western Range Network Segment Control Center (WRNSC).
Prioritize and coordinate operation activities in a complex 24 hour work center environment
Operate the Western Range Voice Switch (WRVS)
Conduct onsite implementation and ensure adherence to established RGN safety standards and practices
Provide 24 hour interface with Air Force Senior Leadership, Range Users, and LISC Management
Perform daily operations and launch support activities according to standardized checklists and work instructions. Control all aspects of system documentation/ Procedures and update as required
Review and execute all critical launch documentation to include; Network Implementation Plans (NIP’s), Operations Directives (OD’s), Range Safety Operational Requirements (RSOR), Integrated Countdown Document (ICD), and Data Distribution Listing (DDL)
Schedule operations and forecast schedule for ops and maintenance on a daily basis for Communications department personnel.
Execute communications for training operations in support of Western Range Assets and its customers
Complete assigned training in a timely manner to establish a level of proficiency and certification essential for mission support
Adhere to established policies and procedures pertaining to job site safety and security
Perform other duties as assigned 

Required Skills
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent multitasking skills 

Required Experience
A.S. degree in a technical discipline or equivalent military training, , or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of seven (7) years electronics related experience     

 Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Flexibility to work non-duty hours, weekends or holidays, in support of launch operations or to respond to facility alarms with little notice.
Ability to be assigned to either the 2nd (1600-2400) or 3rd shift (0000-0800).
Ability to periodically work alone.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance, which includes U.S. citizenship or U.S. naturalization
Valid U.S. Driver’s License required
