Basic Functions
Functions as the UH-60M Mechanic under the direction of the UH-60M Mechanic. The UH-60M Mechanic will perform aircraft maintenance, repairs, modifications and inspections in accordance with approved publications and directives. The UH-60M Mechanic will also provide technical direction and training to mentor Saudi Arabia Guard (SANG) maintenance personnel when needed. Ensures that all related maintenance operations are conducted IAW safety regulations and directives.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
A. Major Duties/Responsibilities
   1. Perform UH-60M maintenance tasks and duties as required using technical directives and publication
   2. Remove, inspect, troubleshoot and install aircraft components and sub components
   3. Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, servicing and lubrication, and MOC/MTF support functions
   4. Uses and performs operator maintenance on tools, test equipment, and General Support Equipment (GSE)
   5. Prepares, reviews and updates aircraft maintenance forms and records
   6. Uses common measuring tools, measuring gages, and alignment tools
   7. Support the Downed Aircraft recovery Team (DART) as directed
   8. Ensures maintenance operations are conducted IAW safety regulations and directives
   9. Provides On-the-job Training (OJT) coaching and mentoring SANG personnel
   10.Other tasks as directed by the first line supervisor or higher

B. Performs within the broad guidelines of duties and responsibilities under the direction and supervision of the mechanic section lead to POC

C. Supervisory Responsibilities: As directed by the first line supervisor or higher

Minimum Qualifications
A. Education Level
   1. Required: High school diploma or equivalent required
   2. Preferred: Advanced degree or equivalent

B. Training Certifications
   1.Required: Must have graduated from a US military UH-60 maintenance course or possess FAA A&P or Foreign equivalent
   2.Preferred: Must have graduated from a US Army UH-60 maintenance course and possess FAA A&P license of foreign equivalent

C. Experience
   1.Required: A minimum of 4 years of maintenance experience on the UH-60
   2.Preferred: A minimum of 6 years of maintenance experience on the UH-60

D. Specific Knowledge
   1.Must be able to communicate effectively with host nation personnel and company management
   2.Must be proficient in written and spoken English
   3.Possess a valid driver's license
   4.Successfully pass an overseas deployment physical upon hire
