Project Programmer, Kadena AB, Okinawa, Japan
The Engineer Project Programmer will support planning, programming and advocacy of facility requirements for current and future years across a variety of funding sources, in accordance with applicable AF guidelines, criteria and business rules, while fostering communication between 718th CES personnel, customers and other key stakeholders to recommend project requirements; ensure compliance with U.S. Federal, Government of Japan, local and AF regulation; draft required documents; develop estimates; and other components of the project package for Government approval and submittal.

The duties and responsibilities of the Family Wellness Counselor - Certified Professional Authority (CPA) are to provide WIC Overseas services to ensure optimal nutrition and health during the critical stages of fetal and early childhood growth, to include services for pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women. They will provide participants and their families with current nutrition information on infant feeding, early childhood nutritional practices and feeding patterns, optimal prenatal and post-partum nutrition counseling and breastfeeding education. Must be a US Citizen

Military Community Planner, Kadena AB, Okinawa, Japan
The Community Planner supports Cherokee Nation Management & Consulting’s client, the 718th Civil Engineer Squadron by providing community and facility planning support for Kadena Air Base.  The successful candidate will develop planning options for review by key stakeholders.  Provide analyses of land and facilities use and development plans and programs to include recommendations on complex and various problems related to land and facility use, incorporating/addressing conflicting factors (such as incompatible land use, noise issues, and space requirements), areas of impact (such as timeline development, feasibility), and possible and potential effects on the surrounding community.
