Assist the IMSS Project Manager in executing all task required for the IMSS support of the Ministry of National Guard Aviation, including 100% aircraft aviation maintenance, aircraft maintenance management, aircraft maintenance support, maintenance test flights, flight line support, logistics support, maintenance training, OJT, and mentorship to MVG AVN personnel.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training & experience required
Preferred: Master's Degree or higher
Training Certifications
Required: Graduate of a US Military Advanced Aviation maintenance Course (ANCOC,  AMOC, etc.)
Preferred: US Military or civilian equivalent rotary wing maintenance or maintenance test pilot flight experience
Experience:
Required: Battalion level or equivalent Aviation Maintenance Management experience
Preferred: 15 years' experience in US Military Aviation Operations, Logistics & Maintenance, or civilian equivalent. 5 years' Program/Project Management experience
