Position Description: Provide tactical expertise for the overall effort of the contract with the following capabilities/responsibilities:
•Has Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR)/Audit Remediation experience
•Ensuring the asset/property Business Process follows both GAAP and audit regulations/guidelines;
•Working with Program Managers and IUS Business Managers on creating asset/property Packages;
•Providing training to all key personnel;
•Creating data visualization/dashboard of Agency's asset inventory by directorate;
•Updating the asset process control maps and audit remediation corrective action plans;
•Ensuring asset Key Internal Controls are being implemented across the Agency;
•Creating asset audit remediation/validation test scripts and testing asset Business Process based on design and effectiveness (A -123 experience would be helpful);
•Overseeing Agency's financial accounts (1830 and 1832) and;
•Revising and updating all related asset SOPs.
Requirements:
•Bachelor(s) Degree from an accredited college and University. Degree concentration in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Budget, Accounting, and Auditing;
•Minimum current three (3) years in auditing and cost accounting;
•Minimum current three (3) years of experience in property, plant and equipment audit efforts;
•Minimum current two (2) years experience in formulating, justifying, and controlling DoD budget in accordance with executive orders, public law, strategies plan, program objective, and battle rhythms;
•Ability to analyze proposed prices or cost, and administrative expense;
•Active, Top Secret (TS) security clearance required; and
Preferred but not required:
•Minimum years (2) years of experience in change management is highly preferred
•Certifications that would be applicable: CPA, CGFM, CDFM, CFE, CISA
•Internal Use Software audit experience
•FIAR/Audit Remediation/Audit experience
•A-123 experience
