Seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for Las Vegas, NV.

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be an essential brand ambassador for William Hill US. As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will serve as the administrative support for all business functions.

What You Will Be Doing:
Answer phones from the main switchboard
Handle all incoming/outgoing mail processes/mail pay
UPS/FedEx Shipping knowledge
Conference Room Scheduling
Consistently look for best price solutions on supply orders
Learn the sports books business to assist our internal customers better
Dependable and punctual
Track inventory of supplies at sports book locations against new supply order requests
Filing for multiple departments
Fill supply order requests in conjunction with Facilities Manager
Undertake additional tasks, as needed or requested
Ensure adherence to all company standards
Provide a high level of service - both to internal and external customers
Ensure all company initiatives and strategies are followed
Always look to enhance skills and knowledge
Proactively build great working relationships with key colleagues of all levels of the organization
Identify and plan areas for personal development
Maintain a safe and healthy working environment
Support a fun and consistent working environment for the team
Run errands when necessary
Schedule travel for staff through Concur

What You Will Need:
Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to work as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong commitment to customer service excellence
The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations in a calm and professional manner
Takes the initiative, shows confidence, drive, and enthusiasm
Ensures high standards, shows initiative, proactivity, and professionalism
Are polite, tactful, and friendly
