Job Description
Under the direction of the AVP Branch Experience Officer, the Branch Manager is responsible for managing the overall operations of the assigned branch to include consumer and mortgage loan origination, business development activities, member service, product sales, new membership growth and facility management. Hires, supervises, and develops employees to deliver superb performance. Performs operational analysis, organizes Branch-related activities, and contributes to the overall success of the branch in supporting Credit Union goals.

Requirements
Three to five years’ increasingly responsible experience in branch operations and sales in a financial institution. Previous supervisory experience required.
