Job Description
Under the direction of the Lending Experience Manager, the Mortgage Loan Transaction Coordinator is responsible for assisting the MLOs with consistent and timely communication with our Members and other interested parties. Communicates regular status updates to members. Reviews loan applications, conditional approval letters and pipeline reports. Engages with members. Documents accurately into reporting venues, including Encompass. Participates in departmental projects and provides administrative and operational support for the Real Estate Department.

Requirements
Three or more years’ experience in lending administration in real estate or other financial institution. Certification in real estate lending practices and/or administrative courses preferred. Ability to obtain Notary Public commission and NMLS registration. Solid knowledge of credit union real estate policies, procedures and practices. Knowledge of various computer systems and software necessary to effectively perform job.
