Licensed Social Worker - CDC Screening - Houston

The Licensed Social Worker shall work with a healthcare team to provide support to CDC’s Global Migration Task Force (GMTF) supporting CDC’s preparedness, response and entry screening activities. Providing support and assistance during basic medical screening services at major US airports to identify and mitigate medical issues arising during initial COVID-19 screening. Providing Entry Screening Assessments, Record Keeping and Medical Clearance, Traveler Engagement, and Administrative support to CDC DGMQ.
Location: George Bush Intercontinental Airport - Lodging/travel NOT provided

Physician (ER)

The Physician (Emergency Room) is responsible for working with the healthcare team to provide patients with critical medical care services within the standard of care for critical care patients. The Physician ER is responsible for providing services for on-site clinic health units to support emergency and disaster efforts. This is a temporary position and length of assignment may vary based on operational needs and client requirements. This position is responsible to be compliant with current Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance, as well as DOH and Agency for Healthcare Administration COVID-19 specific requirements. This position reports to the Chief Medical Officer at the on-site clinic health unit.
All services shall be provided in accordance with established standards, principles and ethics of the profession, applicable professional specialty organizations, and the high-quality standard for which CHS is recognized.
Location is Harlingen, TX. Travel and lodging will be provided.
