William Hill US, America’s leading race and sports book operator is experiencing tremendous growth due to the expansion of the legalized sports betting market. Our Trading team has gone through rapid growth over the past few years and is looking to the future. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for all sports, we’d like to hear from you.

We are hiring for Jr. Traders, Mid-level Traders and Sr. Traders.

What You Will Be Doing…
Administration and set up of pre-game markets and product via trading tools
Risk management of pre-game events
Approve wagers in a timely manner in line with WH US Trading Policies
Identify and highlight significant customers
Assist with reporting requirements as directed by management team

What You Will Need:
2 + years’ experience within the sports betting industry, preferred experience as race and sports ticket writer
Supervisory experience within a race and sports book setting
Passionate about a wide range of sports
Strong mathematical and analytical skills – ability to understand and calculate odds
Commercial acumen – analytical skills with the ability to identify and create opportunities for growth
Results driven – thrives on improving results and profitability
Quick thinking and decisive – ability to make trading decisions without hesitation
Ability to rapidly build relationships and to work in collaboration with other teams and functions across the business
Scheduling flexibility to work any shift, any day including weekends and holidays
Ability to take direction from Trading team management
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to obtain and be eligible for Gaming Licenses
