Summary
The Real Property Specialist will support Cherokee Nation Management & Consulting’s client, the 75 CEG/CEN Civil Engineer Engineering Division at Hill AFB, Utah by utilizing Administrative Data Processing (ADP) systems in support of the requirements of deliverables.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Includes the following:
Develop, maintain, and utilize databases as decision-making tools and in concert with geographical interface systems (GIS) and NexGen TRIRIGA as appropriate.
Provide Quality Assurance and Control over RP processes/procedures to meet Hill AFB mission requirements.
Perform technical analysis of RP data and reports and analyze inputs/comments submitted by regulatory agencies in accordance with appropriate laws and regulations.
Assist in the application of regulatory requirements that pertain to projects and maintain currency with changing Air Force, Federal, and State statutes and regulations.
Review, analyze, and integrate federal, state, and local government comments on programs and related data and studies as required.
Support 75 CEG mission and internal operations to ensure quality assurance of its products and services. Provide specialized expertise and recommendations in the real property subject area.
Assist with customer support, project meeting attendance, database/APSR support. Assist with workload status report reviews and analysis of program and project data gaps. Provide logistical and organizational
support.
Assist in defining data and documentation requirements as they relate to the RP records, DD Form 1354, AF Form 300, AF Form 123, in/out-grant templates, and integrating execution strategies to support the 75 CEG RPO mission. Capture and document processes and records as needed to support the execution of RP portfolio management requirements

Supervisory/Management Authority
No management of others or supervisory roles

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school in a relevant degree, is highly desired;
Minimum 3 years of experience in real property activities at installation level;
Three years of experience working closely with US military/DoD personnel providing advisory and assistance services for complex programs.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to obtain and maintain a US Air Force NACI/SF85 for unescorted access to controlled areas.
Excellent communication and computer skills.
Word processing, spreadsheet, database, and graphics.
Knowledge of federal, state, and/or local regulations and statutes, Air Force and DoD regulations and other documentation
Successfully pass a federal background check and a drug screen
