Summary
Under the direction of the Lending Center Manager, the Senior Lending Center Administrator is responsible for performing a variety of administrative functions for the Lending Center including processing DMV paperwork, processing new accounts, updating account changes, and cross-selling Credit Union products and services. Interacts with various departments and members to deliver Lending Center support and services.

Acts as a backup support to Lending Specialists.
Works closely with the Lending Specialists and members to assist with the completion of DMV forms and loan documents.
Responds to members DMV issues and requests.
Identifies which documents to gather for each lending transaction and accurately calculates DMV fees.
Manages the funding of loans by issuing checks for disbursement, mails payoff checks, and issues disbursements to the proper general ledgers.
Prepares packages and mails out New Member Packets.
Assists members with opening new membership accounts and completes authorized account revisions per guidelines.
Assists management with the quality control, tracks the submission of new account signature cards and updates questionnaires for the Lending Center.
Provides quality control for all loans prior to funding. Reviews all applications for regulatory compliance and conformance.
Prepares reports for Lending Specialists and Management on the daily progression of the Lending Center’s performance to budget analysis.
Assigns internet loans and outbound calling lists to Lending Specialists.
Processes loan supporting transactions in Episys.
Processes Social Security Administration verifications as part of loan stipulations.
Prepares and processes loan-related transaction requests by telephone and mail.
Communicates via phone with new and existing members to initiate and process new loans and cross-sell products from for all loan types.
Proactively responds to members’ inquiries and requests by utilizing product knowledge and CBR reports.
Explains, promotes, and cross sells Credit Union services, products, and programs for consumer, business, Wealth Management, and all other lines of business.
Assists members in identifying loan products and follows loan application procedures.
Comprehends features and benefits of GAP (Guaranteed Asset Protection) MBI (Mechanical
Breakdown Insurance) and Debt Cancellation (Life, Unemployment, Disability).
Promotes, quotes and sells GAP, MBI, and Debt Cancellation during the loan application and funding process to achieve levels set forth by the Credit Union.
Mines credit reports to identify opportunities and cross-sell additional loan and ancillary products for consumers, real estate, and businesses.
Maintains a working knowledge and understanding of the Consumer Loans policies and procedures.
Resolves member problems and concerns in a timely manner.
Assists in training and mentoring new employees in the Department.
Accurately operates a variety of office equipment and machines.
Performs advanced problem resolution and account adjustments.
Regularly attends and participates in in-house training.
Performs duties as assigned by management and may be assigned to work at any location.
Works cooperatively with members, dealers, and fellow employees.

Qualifications
The qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform the essential functions of this position.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of one year of administrative experience.
Minimum of one year of lending and cross-selling experience desired.
Minimum of one year of DMV experience desired.
Successful completion of pre-employment testing.

Knowledge
Branch operational activities and basic understanding of lending practices and policies.
Knowledge of consumer lending and mortgage lending, including processing and funding.
Credit Union products, services, programs, and promotions.
CA DMV policies and procedures.
Advanced skills in Excel and Word.
