Site Manager
Location: Portsmouth, VA

Position Description/Requirements:
•Must be a U.S. Citizen
•Bachelor’s Degree in Distribution Management, Business Management, or Business Administration and at least five years of experience in Distribution Management
•Minimum of three (3) years’ experience using automated warehouse management systems within the past five (5) years
•Must possess the skills and abilities to be able to provide overall supervision for employees to include, but not limited to: planning and managing distribution operations professionally, ensuring that work is scheduled properly to obtain maximum use of resources, ensuring accurate and timely reports are provided, coaching and mentoring supervisors and leads, providing effective supervision to prevent inefficient or wasteful methods in the performance of the labor-hour services, and ensuring cost saving factors and quality controls are used to ensure work is performed as scheduled and at a fair and reasonable cost
•Successful performance in a Department of Defense storage and distribution operation is a PLUS.
