Senior Global Force Management (GFM) Analyst

Candidate must have at least 12 years of DoD experience, and understanding of GFM theory, and at least 1 year of experience working in GFM processes (GFM is a formal DoD process that assigns forces to the Combatant Commands).

Duties include acquiring, processing, integrating, and analyzing GFM process outputs (GFMIG, GFMAP), historical force employment and readiness, and other related data to design/develop analysis support tools, products and briefings that support DoD, OSD & Joint Staff, senior leader decision support.
Candidate must be comfortable supporting and interacting with senior DoD officials, to include GO/FO/SES.
Candidate must possess a TOP SECRET DoD Security Clearance with eligibility for SCI.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Access and Excel are required. Knowledge of SQL, R, Python, VBA, etc. skills are highly desired.

Job Location: Arlington Virginia.

Salary range: $125 to $150K depending on experience.
