Charter Sales Specialist - Open Immediately
Location: New York,  New York 

Job Overview
The Charters Sales Specialist position is responsible for supporting the needs of the Private Charter Broker handling all aspects of chartering aircraft. You will act as single point of contact for customers from start to finish.  You will quote customers on available 135 Operators. You will manage the workflow from quoting, booking, scheduling Aircrafts and coordinating catering, Ground Transportation, as well as other administrative, accounting and customer service duties.

Duties & Responsibilities
Follow-up on emails and phone call inquiries
Advise customer on charter options and pricing
Manage customer from booking to flight completion
Perform dispatch services for Company
Achieve sales goals, response times and conversion rates.
Initiate ideas to increase operational efficiency and bookings.
Work to increase brand awareness and office esprit-de-corps.
Exceed customer expectations.
Attend and represent Company at trade shows.

Marketing
Ensure Company Brand is professionally represented.
Analyze marketplace to identify opportunities for growth and Brand development.
Assist with advertising, social media and networking.
Work to obtain customer feedback and facilitate online reviews.

Tech & Database
Manage customer database and follow-up campaigns.
Utilize accounting software and assist with payment processing.

Preferred Qualifications of Ideal candidate:
College degree (aviation preferred)Dispatch license a plus, but not required Minimum two (2) high end product sales, travel industry sales Knowledge of FAR’s, world geography and business aircraft Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to be a team player in high pressure environment Good computer skills – Flightpak experience a plus Local candidates Preferred.

Compensation
Based on experience. Salary + Commission.
