Facilities Manager
Exempt Employee Full-Time

Under the direction of the AVP Facilities, the Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing facility operations, managing staff, arranging office moves, managing janitorial duties, all while remaining in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.

Some of the Responsibilities are; 
•Coordinate and manage, with AVP Facilities and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), all facilities activities and projects
•Assist the AVP Facilities in the management and allocation of personnel and fiscal resources
•Manage and coordinate facility-related projects and activities with leadership, branch managers, and affected personnel
•Conduct and document regular facilities and equipment inspections/audits
•Maintain adequate parts inventory and order items as necessary
•Oversee facility landscaping, janitorial services, banking equipment functions, utility services, etc. including service plans
•Manage internal and external maintenance and technical personnel
•Assist in managing commercial leases and property management
•Engage with Contracts Manager for vendor and contract-related activities to ensure compliance with organizational requirements and policies
•Evaluate costs for products and services to maximize cost-effectiveness
•Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives

Some of the Requirements are; 
•Minimum 5 years’ experience in Facilities Management and/or Project Management
•Certifications in project management and/or facilities management preferred
•Bachelor’s degree preferred
•Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form 
•Ability to analyze and resolve problems and opportunities, identify and evaluate alternatives and develop sound, effective approaches 
•Ability to exercise good judgment and maintain strictest confidentiality 
•Ability to promote, maintain a positive image of the Credit Union to employees, vendors and members 
•Ability to operate a motor vehicle and a variety of office equipment and machines 
•Ability to be bonded.
