Seeking Warehouse Distribution General Manager
Locations: Europe, Asia and the Middle East (non-war zone)
Willing to relocate (with family)

The True North team is searching for an experienced Warehouse Distribution General Manager to manage our growing account relationships with numerous small and mid-size international clients
The Wholesale Distribution General Manager will work with several True North companies and client accounts in support of our growing global supply chain efforts. Successful candidates will plan, direct and manage day –to-day operations of a wholesale distribution facility with direct responsibility to oversee the entire staff involved in the deployment and rollout of sales and distribution of our diverse product line.
Successful candidates will have significant operations general manager experience and understand business development on a global scale, while carrying out the corporate business plan in compliance with all established laws, regulations and accepted industry standards.

The successful Warehouse Distribution General Manager should also be able to conduct the following range of activities:
•Distribution Center business management including planning, budgeting and execution
•All financial planning and budgeting
•International business sales development and execution
•International logistics and distribution
•Inventory analysis and optimization
•Contract negotiation
•Service delivery
•Customer service
•Problem resolution
•Loss prevention
•Identify, train and promote personnel with managerial potential

Candidates should be team players, demonstrate sound discretion and good judgement, and have superior verbal communication skills. Candidates should also have the flexibility to perform other duties and assignments as required by our dynamic business environment.
Willing to relocate (with family) Europe, Asia and the Middle East

Requirements:
•BS degree in supply chain management or MBA
•12-15 years’ experience
•Bilingual – fluent in English and Arabic; other languages considered
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access
•Knowledge of Microsoft Project
•Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems
•Knowledge of Inventory Management systems
•Successfully complete a background check and drug screen
