The Real Property Specialist will support Cherokee Nation Management & Consulting’s client, the Civil Engineer Squadron at Eglin, AFB by providing on-site Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) and deliverables.

PM-DDTC is responsible for Ensuring commercial exports of defense articles and defense services advance U.S. national security and foreign policy objective. May be required to travel within Domestic and/or International.

Ability to type 25 words per minute and be proficient in ten-key entry. Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft systems. Ability to maintain established records and files.

Bachelor's degree in transportation management, logistics, project management, or similar preferred. A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a transportation specialist in a related industry.

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering strongly preferred (in some cases experience and relevant degree may be substituted for the degree requirement). PE, advanced degree, or PMP is a plus. At least 3 years of relevant experience working with airfield facilities to include pavement.

Syrian Cultural Advisors are Syrian nationals with specific knowledge, experience, and an existing network of contacts in Political, Economic, Commercial, Military, Public Affairs, Humanitarian Assistance, Civil Society, or Law Enforcement.

Bachelor’s Degree and experience in Aviation Safety and Risk Analysis. Knowledge of Part 107 Remote Pilot License Regulations and Waiver / Authorization. Private or Military Pilot License or Military UAS or RC/Hobby Flight Time.
