Site of Service: 5th Medical Group, Minot AFB, North Dakota.
HCWs shall receive notification two weeks prior to the reassignment to another location with a 40-mile commuting radius of their assigned MTF.

Degree/Education: Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor Psychology (PsyD). Graduate from an American Psychology Association accredited college or university with a doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology.
Certifications for Basic Life Support from American Heart Association
Experience: Successful completion from an internship in psychology accredited by the American Psychological Association. As required to meet clinical competency requirements specified in the Service-specific credentialing instructions.
Licensure/Registration: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a psychologist in any State, the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, or US Virgin Islands.
U.S. Citizenship: HCWs performing under this contract shall be U.S. citizens.
English Language Requirement: The Contractor shall ensure that all HCWs providing services under this contract are able to read, write, and speak English well enough to effectively communicate.
HCW Physical Capability: HCWs shall be physically capable of standing and/or sitting for extended periods of time and physically capable of performing all services required under the contract and TO.
Attend and participate in meetings during normal duty hours and professional staff conferences and other appropriate professional activities such as, but not limited to the following: Quality Improvement meeting, professional staff meetings, Commander's staff meetings, Mental Health Flight meetings, and others required by applicable regulations, MTF guidance, or as directed by the Mental Health Flight Commander or his/her designated representative.
Conduct applied research and clinical investigations in clinical/behavioral health psychology.
Clinical/Counseling Psychology. Responsible for and applies psychological procedures and techniques, including interviewing, behavioral assessment, evidenced-based therapies, and psychological testing/psych diagnostic testing, in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of psychological and neuropsychological disorders.
The following are desirable skills:
Consults with medical personnel, legal authorities, military commanders and school districts, as required.
Maintain accurate and current notes in both the Mental Health records and inpatient medical records of all patients seen, as appropriate, and produces reports of evaluation and/or treatment, as required.
Participates in military specific training (e.g., training to perform Command Directed Evaluations, security clearances, Military Training Instructor clearances, pre-post deployment screening, PTSD, and combat stress)
Individual, family and group psychotherapy, and couples therapy, alcohol and drug treatment evaluations.
The Clinic hours are from 0700 to 1700, or as directed by the MTF, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. The clinic will be staffed for the 6 to 9 Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC) Family Days and Down Days, and/or 5th Bomb Wing down days.
Contractors will not exceed 8 hours per day unless patient care would be compromised. Hours worked beyond the normal duty day must be authorized by the Government Supervisor
Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Must be able and willing to reprioritize on short notice and work on multiple simultaneous projects. Flexible and able to work with various personalities. Team work skills required. Time management skills required. The ability to meet deadlines in a deadline intensive environment is essential. High level of adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
