The Financial Analyst is a cross functional position that plays a critical role in supporting Company growth, driving efficiency, and maintaining and improving revenue retention. The role involves collecting and analyzing financial data across departments and lines of business. We are looking for strong experience with Excel, excellent communication skills, and exposure to financial modeling concepts and financial statements. This individual must be detail oriented and a self-starter with the ability to influence decisions through financial analysis, and have a highly collaborative working style that will facilitate building strong working relationships with departments and lines of business throughout the Company. This role is highly visible within OP, with
significant room for growth.

Essential Functions / Tasks / Duties / Responsibilities:
Support the Director of FP&A in creating, maintaining, and updating financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
Collaborating with internal departments to gather, analyze and report trends across key performance indicators
Performing variance and trend analysis between actual, budget and forecast targets on a consolidated and departmental level
Reviews records of accounts to ensure accuracy
Develops systems for the maintenance of financial records, making use of current technologies
nputting and maintaining all personnel changes to budget/financial reports to properly capture personnel costs
Assist with preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports for covenant compliance
Assist with improving and simplifying processes
Assist with the budgeting process
Assist with the annual financial statement audit
Assist in M&A activities
Assist with other ad-hoc projects catered towards the company’s financial initiatives

Strong Analytical Skills
Strong Excel Skills
Understanding of GAAP accounting
Familiar with Accounting Systems
Friendly and professional demeanor especially when interacting with customers and employees
Demonstrated ability to complete assignments within tight time constraints
Highly organized, excellent oral and written communications skills
Ethical Conduct
Familiarity with Salesforce a plus
Education / Professional Certifications or Licenses Required:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
Public Accounting transaction advisory, corporate finance or similar experience highly preferred
Supervisory responsibilities
The Financial Analyst has no direct supervisory responsibilities, but does serve as a coach and mentor for those in the accounting department.
Work Environment / Physical demands/ Travel Requirements
This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing may be required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
There is a travel requirement to come into our Fort Washington, PA office at least once per quarter.
Salary:
The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $80,000 annually. Salary is determined based on a candidate's skills and experience.
